We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and cash.
Reservations
All clients will be asked for their credit card to hold reservations. Gift certificate redemption is subject to availability. Appointments confirmed by telephone in advance. Guests arriving late will forfeit the missed portion of their scheduled service.
Cancellations
To change or cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to allow us the opportunity to offer your reservation to another client. In the event that you are not able to call to cancel your appointment, a charge of 100% of the cancelled service may be billed if cancelled the day of appointment. Gift cards will be voided without prior cancellation notice.
Gift Certificates
Order the perfect gift for every occasion! Akira MedSpa gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and may be purchased with a major credit card. All gift certificate sales are final, no refunds. If certificates are mailed then a shipping charge is applied per mailing address. Akira MedSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. You may be asked to fill out informational forms if this is your first treatment. We ask that all cell phones be turned off or put on vibrate so that you may experience the true essence of your service, as well as to not disturb other clients.
Children
We offer services for young adults, however, we respectfully ask that you make other accommodations if your child does not have an appointment.
